Nick Giganti
President
Nick Giganti came to Philadelphia in 2002 at the age of 18 to attend the Fox School of Business at Temple University. After graduating with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting, I initially started working for SEI Investments and later for Turner Construction. While working in corporate America, I knew I wanted to get into what my true passion was and that was real estate. In 2011, I made a decision, forgoing the security of a stable paycheck with benefits, and went into real estate as a full-time sales agent. After working as a solo agent gaining experience, I founded The Philly Property Hunters Team in 2016 and grew that team to a 14 person operation until 2022. In the beginning of 2023 I merged my team with The Jim Roche Real Estate team and took position of President of the company which is currently ranked #3 for production in Philadelphia and #70 in the country overall.
