Courtney grew up minutes from Philadelphia in nearby Delaware County. After graduating from Cardinal O’Hara High School, Courtney attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania as a Business Marketing Major. Courtney moved to Washington, DC after college and pursued Sales and Recruiting where her interest in Real Estate continued to grow.  

Courtney moved back to Philly in 2019 to pursue a career in Real Estate, and was hired as an Executive Assistant to a solo Agent.  A few months later, she received her Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License. Courtney continued to work as an Operations Manager for a small team where she assisted behind the scenes at every stage of the client’s transactions. In the summer of 2021, she decided to say goodbye to city living and purchased a home close to her fiance’s hometown in central PA. 

She has taken the position of Transaction Coordinator where she can strictly focus on getting clients to the closing table once they go under contract.
