CESAR MORALES

Cesar Morales Perez was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He left his home in 2019 to join the U.S. Air Force and dedicate his life to service. He has been an Active Duty member stationed at Dover Air Force base in Dover, DE ever since. With years of experience in aircraft maintenance and military aviation, Cesar has developed strong leadership and discipline skills while maintaining an attitude of integrity and high sense of duty.

Cesar entered the real estate world with the intention of providing his clients with the best experience and service through active listening, clear communication and attention to detail. Cesar became a Realtor to inspire and get inspired: as an avid reader, self-growth is key to his personal success. His ultimate goal is to take care of his family back home and be able to mentor future generations of entrepreneurs in the Hispanic community both in the United States and Puerto Rico one day hoping to give back and foster the growth of other individuals.

Cesar lives in Wilmington, DE with his significant other. They make a pretty international couple as they speak English, Italian and Spanish to each other. He is a wine enthusiast, pizza aficionado and into all things Italy. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, reading and working out while always being on the lookout for the new best restaurants and wine bars in Philly.
